They stole $500 cash from us!!! DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY!!! They take your money then vanish without a trace. I know in my gut my $ is already gone so Im leaving my honest review. Screw it, right? Our oven was acting weird. We had them come by. Repair Man told us itd be over $1000 to fix. Whoa. Reluctantly, we gave him a $500 cash deposit even though we felt it was a steep charge. Weeks went by, we heard nothing. After multiple calls, according them, they say a part wasnt in stock. Mind you, on the day of diagnostics, we were promised that we would have a full repair *within 5 days*. But within that time, our oven began working again with no issues. It has **continued** to work despite what this fraud of a company diagnosed it with: a broken motherboard(?) Clearly the motherboard is fine because its now been over a month with no issue. Now heres where things get wild: once the oven began working again, we naturally wanted our deposit back. This is an appliance repair company, even if they had paid to pre-order our part, they will *absolutely* use on someone elses oven. Its not like we had them order us a Maserati and then changed our mind. It was a motherboard for a Thermador THEY misdiagnosed. We thought it wouldnt be a problem to receive a very simple refund because, you know, common sense. WELL. We had to call multiple times, were patched through a dispatcher, and after a week or so if incessant calling, we finally sweet-talked our way into Repair Mans cell phone number. We tell him we would like our $500 back because our oven is clearly not broken. He says Call back Monday. We do. No answer. He then starts screening our multiple calls then eventually declining. After about 10 days of one-sided phone tag & using a new cellphone number, we miraculously get in touch. Repair Man proceeds to tell me that out of the $500, they will be keeping $300 as a restocking fee??? Mind you this is after them telling my husband flat out it would be up to 25% of the $500 cash deposit; its now suddenly 60%?? At this point I know my money is gone. Im just leaving it honest review that these people are scam artists. Please do not trust them.
