Went in a few hours ago and toured apartments with their leasing agent daisy, she was very honest, professional, and helpful. Apartment hunting for the first time ever is very nerve racking but daisy and Itze made us feel very comfortable even though we had a million questions. overall very nice and clean apartment complex. No screaming children or vendor in sight which is a huge plus to us. Overall one of the best apartment touring weve had. Definitely one of our top picks.

HAVE BEEN HERE FOR A WHILE, LA RENT IS NO JOKE AND WAS UNPLEASENT AS THIS SIDE OF NOHO MY LOOK THERE IS ACTUALLY NO DIFFRENCE BETWEEN THS LOCATION AND SOME SANTA MONICA PROPERTIES THAT LOOK WORST AND ARE CHARGING EVEN MORE OF AN ARM AND A LEG. THIS COMPLEX IS VERY FAMILY ORINTIED AND MOST TENENTS HAVE BEEN HERE FOR YEARS. IT WILL BE NINE YEARS FOR ME THIS YEAR AND OF ALL THE LAND LORDS THAT HAVE BEEN HERE ITZE IS THE BEST. SHE IS EXTREAMLY TENTATIVE AND TAKES EVEYRING INTO CONSIDERATION. PAST LANLORDS NEVER RESPONDED WITHA SENSE OF URGANCY AND ULTIMATLY WERE NEVER AVALIBLE AND ONLY WOULD RESPOND TO TENENET EMAILS REGRDING REPAIRS MONTHS LATER. EVERY ISSUE OR CONCERN I'VE EVER HAD ITZE HAS HANDLED IN REAL TIME. SHE IS PERSONABLE AND EASY TO TALK TO AND SHE DOES GINUINLY CARE. LITERALLY THE BEST LANLORD.

These good reviews must be from friends or family of the so called manager, I don't understand how the hot water situation isnt fixed yet and its been broken since November 2023 and theres a plank of wood to walk over a puddle? That seems hazardous, and an easy lawsuit. Whats even more amazing is the feedback from the owner on the great reviews. Seems like the manager is too much of a coward to take the fault and know when to professionally take care of the people who are renting and do their job. I hope the situation with the water gets fixed soon. These poor people dont deserve this.

Worst management ever water turns off every weekend with no notice the maintenance guy is just staring at females instead of fixing things in the property the manager doesnt do anything to fix any issue in building and is infested with roaches she just sits in the office and ignores all issues and is very disrespectful please change management
