Our friendly on-site professional members will make you feel right at home. We are strategically located close to most freeways, I-5, -170, 101, schools. Our well-appointed Studio, 1 Bedroom and 2 Bedroom apartment homes are provided with a wall type air conditioning unit, gas range, gas heater, wall to wall closets, linen closets and kitchen pantry, carpet, vinyl planks or tile. There is a dishwasher in the 2 bedroom apartment homes. We pay gas, water and sewer. We offer a large pool area, Fitness Center, Recreation Room, laundry facilities, gated entry, with 24-hour surveillance camera, and designated parking.

Are old manager would always let kids have fun and play outside and I was one of them running around enjoying ourselves but then we got a new manager and she gets mad at us for being alone outside like just let us have some fun. Also, theres so many roaches so many problematic things have happened here to be honest, dont move here

I have lived here for five years now and I can honestly say that the new manager that has been here for about a year now is on it! I love her, she is very friendly and tries to help out with anything and everything she can, I just got my floor and bathroom remodeled and Im IN LOVE! work that other managers were never able to do, and in regards to all the previous reviews Eres leva the pictures you posted were about a year ago about the time this new manager came in, as soon as she got here she had it fixed and other work in the building as well.

I have lived here for over 40 years and have seen all kinds of managers. The present manager is working on beautifying the property and working with tenants to ensure a happy and safe environment.
