Cancelled my appointment at the last minute. 3 months of waiting for this appointment, and I get a call the day before that Dr Luna would not be in the office. I was not offered a sub, just to see any doctor at that point; I was just asked to call back to reschedule. If you're hoping to see Dr Luna as your primary doctor, just keep in mind Luna is only in the office on Fridays, and even, apparently, sometimes he shows and sometimes he doesn't.

I think for my Ani they have always treated me very well and everyone is kind to me from the people at the reception and thank you for everything

They do not send you to a specialist, or specific tests no matter how much you need it. You are not treated by doctors either, only male or female nurses.

I can only review counseling services here which is pretty decent and therapist is great. I dont know why they're making people still wears masks here, very annoying, so I took a star off for that nonsense. They have this ghetto chola looking female at the front desk who has dark makeup and zero customer service skills, she looks to be in her late 40s. I get to the window, she clearly sees me, has me there standing waiting and I open my mouth to ask her something since she's not even acknowledging my presence and she immediately tells me to hold on. You're supposed to acknowledge the person and say I will be right with you if you're busy, its not rocket science. She proceeds to take her sweet time keeping me waiting there only to tell me I needed to speak to another receptionist a couple seats away from her. Like I'm sorry you hate your job and have zero skills. Someone there needs to be retrained on customers service and verbal language skills. Other than the sad lady at the front desk the place is clean and building is nice. I personally go else where for medical services.
