Super expensive for minimal service if you have the complimentary service make sure you use it at the recommended intervals or you lose it. The amount they charge should come with a complimentary detail cleaning like other luxury dealerships. Besides that the service manager was courteous.

Recently purchased Volvo XC90 through this dealership. Great experience dealing with Mr Eric Felder, a very pleasant and personable salesperson. We had other dealers closer to our home, but chose this dealer because of him. If it weren't for the finance department person (John, I think his name was), I would've given 5 out of 5 stars; very pushy with the extended warranty and almost disrespectful in discussing finance rates and not believing when we presented our credit union interest rate. If I am buying another car, I would give Eric a ring first.

Service department charges more to women than men. My wife dropped her V90 off because it had a taillight out. Its due for an oil change so I figured why not get it all done at the same time. She got a price if $300 dollars for an oil and filter change! I about fell over so I asked her to clarify that she only wanted an oil and filter change no rotation no cabin or engine air filter change. So she clarifies and once again they said yes its $300 plus tax for an oil change. This is such a ridiculous price I went in to ask the same question. The advisor clarified yes, its $300 for an oil change. I said ok please put that estimate in writing, all of a sudden the price goes down to $200. That is still a ridiculous price but the point is when a man goes in and asks questions you get 33% off your service charges. Beyond that they have now had my car for 2 weeks for 2 tires and a taillight. While parts did have to be ordered, nothing was on back order, theyre just disorganized. The advisor once called after the car was there a few days and said my car was ready to be picked up, only to call back a few hours later to say it hadnt even been looked at. They cant keep their stories straight on when the parts arrived. Every time I call they say oh the parts just got here theyre working on it now, then two days later, parts just got here theyre working on it now! Its not a huge deal for us as were not depending on the car, but if youre bringing in your daily driver Id strongly recommend getting alternative transportation. If youre female I strongly recommend double checking your pricing.
