        First time doing taxes here, greg was very polite and great service to do my taxes, very fast and quick and easy no trouble at all. 100% recommend to do your taxes here.glad I found a new tax place to do my taxes!

        I came in and started my taxes on 02/03 and she didn't finish until 03/03, wouldn't return my calls and avoiding me when I came back to check the progress. Come to find out she wasn't even able to do taxes she wasn't licensed, so she shouldn't have been there in the first place. Lakeisha the customer service girl kept rudely hanging up in my face and not offering any help. But there was one young man that was really helpful after being hung up on repeatedly. Overall a bad experience if it wasn't for that young man it probably wouldn't be two stars.
