I have written other reviews about this facility and the changes that have been made, especially the access hours. We as renter's have been shorted out access to just 8 hours on Saturday and Sunday. And 10 hours Monday -Friday. But a reduction of the rental is not offered. The rent is just going to be going up. And our access is going to be shorter. And I didn't mention that the facility will be closed on all holidays. There are 3 other facilities in this area, and their standard of operation 6 am to 6 pm and that is Public Storage, the other facilities hours are from 6 am to 10 pm. I know this company doesn't like my reviews, but it's the truth. Me I am a apartment maintenance technician. I need to have access to my tools. At reasonable time. Sometimes I have to get tools in the morning and jump on the freeway. I work in Davis. And so it's difficult to try and get tools in the morning when I have to get work at 8 am. And the access is at 9 am. Coming back. If I take interstate 80, or 5 it's an hour getting back to the storage it takes 45 minutes then I only have 15 minutes to get something in or out. I think it is shameful that we are shorted hours of access but still won't that rent. And my analogy but this is renting a house from this company or owner is that for 5 years you pay rent. In my analogy is that you pay your rent, then the owner says you use to much water my bill in high so you and your family can't be in the house from 7am to 4pm, but you still have to pay that 2400.0 rent. But you property is there that you can't have access too. And this is exactly what is going on here.

Worst place I have every used to store anything from the constant water intrusion to the place constantly changing there open hrs original 8am -8pm them changed to 7am-7pm now its something dumb like 7am-6 pm weekends they close at 4 and the whole place is closed Easter Sunday look for another place to store stuff

They raise their prices about every other month. Edit: I can't believe they wouldn't even bother sending an email or any kind of update. I understand buisness close on presidents day but since I have the day off I figured it would be a good day to clean up around the house. I completely load up the trailer spent about 2 hours now I have to go back unload it and I'm screwed out of 5 hours of free time I had on a day off smh looks like I'm switching to a different storage somewhere else because anywhere is better then here. Okay ima make this my last edit this place sucks royally I'm happy to spend more anywhere but here.

The manager and all the workers there are really nice and have worked with me when they really didn't have to. I love the storage and I would continue to rent there if possible.
