The HOA had cracks in the asphalt that other vendors were not able to fill, but Action was able to address the underlying issue and we haven't had an issue since. Service: Road construction

It was undoubtedly a pleasure working with Action Asphalt. I work for the City of Elk Grove and we had a small-scale trail maintenance project to restore and extend the life of one of our trails. Maintenance consisted of AC repairs, crack seal, and one layer of seal coat. Each phase was completed methodically and promptly to ensure the best quality; additionally, all tasks were finished within an optimal time frame. Areas were protected as needed and the seal coat, which required the most care, was well maintained to not allow traffic until work was completed. Their quality of work was phenomenal, and every crew member knew what they were required to do, making for smooth working days. A superintendent was always available on site to speak with regarding any work being done. In addition to the exceptional workmanship, the main reasons for such a great experience with Action Asphalt is due to their excellent communication and their willingness to provide the best possible service for the City. Action Asphalt was also very flexible and willing to work with scheduling changes, making it easier to provide proper public notification. All in all, we are happy with the results and residents too have provided positive feedback regarding the work. I would highly recommend this company and look forward to possibly working with them in the future as more trail maintenance projects become available.
