We used this company multiple times until the last time when we paid them a deposit and then they never showed up and stopped responding all together. Wont answer phone calls or emails for at least 8 months. I also 100% made sure this review is done on the correct company. They stole our money and disappeared.

This company is a fraud, we cashed a check for one of his employees and the check bounced and now all the phone lines are disconnected.

I contacted Remove Junk Now a couple days ago. I got a phone call from Jason w/n 30 minutes. Jadon set an appointment and arrived on time. Jason & I walked the yard and he took great notes and repeated my asks and promised to have a quote in my inbox within an hour. Of the 3 quotes I received, Remove Junk Nows was the most reasonable and by far the most comprehensive. Within two days Jason set the appointment for the work and his team should up on time and they did an Absolutely Amazing job! Remove Junk Now surprised & delighted me and exceeded my expectations! I can not thank Remove Junk Now enough and I will continue to rely on Remove Junk Now going forward! Michael

This crew always does a great job. I volunteer at the Sacramento Bike Kitchen and I coordinate scrap metal pickups. We have used Remove Junk Now for the last year and I have no reason to look anywhere else. Service is quick, they respond to emails and service requests post-haste, they leave the job site clean and they are all around nice people. You can trust this crew to get the job done!
