        Nice facility. Dont appreciate the hassle of not having the app. Cool heres my ID even though you literally have a picture of me in your computer. But now you gotta look up which location I signed up at etc. Just take my # like all the other locations do and compare it to my id. Wasting my time. And it says you monitor the 30min express area but several ppl in there stayed on the same machine the entire 30 min preventing a full circuit. Your staff should explain it to the members that dont understand how it works.

        I signed up and like going to the gym. My only complaint is they say they help you and its a judgment free zone. And theres a trainer for you but when I go and ask questions about different things from what machines to use or how to use the Apple Watch to keep track of my heart and health no one k owe how to help.

        They do not care at all about their members. The manager is very unfriendly. Ill never go back and Ill never recommend this place. There is not enough weights and theres a lot of creepy guys.

        I think this is the worst gym in the entire chain of PF gyms. The employees are not taught how to speak with guests..... There is no talk of friendliness.... The employees believe that they have the right to spoil the mood of visitors, that they can interrupt your workout whenever they want.... Only in this gym the employees think that their rule no bags on the gym floor means that you have no right to be in the gym with a bag, even if it is in your hands, or on the bench. They dont care about your workout and your results.... Ive been a member of the club for about 2 years, I go to PF all over California, but only this gym has such problems.... I dont recommend this gym to anyone, its better to get to another location than your training will be ruined here...
