        I live out of town so I've used this florist to deliver flowers to my grandma on several occasions and even when I'm in town I'll pick up in person flowers are gorgeous and even when I make special request my expectations are met or exceeded and fair pricing Thanks !!! Grandma loved her birthday flowers I recently ordered!!

        I do not like to write negative reviews, but I was highly disappointed with the arrangement that was delivered to my friend. I placed the order on Thursday. Valentines Day was the following Monday. I thought there would be plenty of time to get the arrangement I requested. It was delivered on Valentine's Day early as I requested. But the arrangement was nothing like I ordered. I called after it was delivered to express my concern, but there was nothing they could do about it. I posted a picture of what I ordered and what was received. I paid a lot of money to be very disappointed.

        I am so disappointed. I know sometimes florists run out of types of arrangements or flowers, but what was delivered was far from what I ordered.

        Exceptional customer service!! The gentleman helped save Senior Prom for my daughter. I couldn't give more than 5 stars or I definitely would!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!!!
