Ive been living here for about 9-10 months and i enjoy being here , I appreciate the new management that took over , Of course to any property theres a lot of stuff to work on and improving , But the laundrys are clean They have onsite staff that clean the property up and care for our community, Property has been much cleaner and more enjoyable to be outside, New maintenance technicians are easy to work with, and come in a reasonable amount of time when the work order is turned in. They have dogs parks and dog stations available , They installed new mail boxes its looks more secured and way nicer than the old one that was there prior. Leasing agent is easy to talk to and very understanding. There is plenty of parking spaces , and the new courtesy patrols are definitely a plus, I feel more safe as well.

All over the apartments it says smoke free facility they should remove it because its false. If you have kids I dont recommend it because some neighbors smoke and it goes in the apartment through the vents and they don't do nothing about it. Made me me waste my money just for my children to get sick. There are also noisy neighbors at night with loud music and management does nothing about it.
