Norden Terrace Apartments

I really like the management of this residential complex. Managers help with all the problems that we have! I am very grateful to them! I am also very grateful to maintence, thank you! There is also an afterschool program for school-age children! The girl from this program helped my child learn English through games and interesting activities. The area leaves much to be desired. It happens that our parcels are stolen. Our friends' garage was robbed in their yard. Neighbors on the first floors are having various things stolen from their balconies.

My son bike got stolen and manager still won't put cameras up a friend of mines tires got flatten they still won't put cameras up.about ready to move if they can't assure our safety pay to much in rent and the bike was locked up so they took the bike with the whole lock

The new manager did terrible parking. I have to park outside the apartment. Several residents have had their cars damaged. Complete incompetence in management and unwillingness to help residents.
