Corsair Park Senior Apartments

I gave this apartment community three stars only because the grounds are nice and the unit I was supposed to get looked very nice. HOWEVER, BEWARE of the community manager, Staci Johnston. She is extremely unprofessional. Frankly, I don't know how she has a job. She will scream at you, hang up on you, and in general treat you rudely. On top of that, she is inefficient and does not move your application along likes she says. I waited two months for an apartment -- and qualified -- but between Staci's slow work ethic and the ridiculous, unthinking work of their "compliance" person you could die before you get in there. And...in the meantime you'll be treated disrespectfully.

Horrible area to live in horrible management treated rudely nothing gets done on the property go and complain about something and you get eyes rolled and told don't worry about my mother is 83 and was physically attacked by another residents and the manager took the other person side cause she doesn't like my mom full on discrimination here and I have it on recording many other tenants have made complaints also but they go unnoticed because the managers best friend is in corporate love how they stick together and don't care about the property or the safety of their senior tenants whom pay their rent on time and have never bothered anyone in the 8 years they've been here but yet takes the side of a crazy tenant that's been here only ten months the property use to be nice to live in and walk around but now its been let go everything is dying off and the dumpster areas have garbage thrown all over the place with cockroaches crawling all over outside and the rats good luck future residents
