Amazing dental office! The entire staff from the front desk to X-rays to the dental exams and cleanings were really nice. Shoutout to Amber for my cleaning, its definitely been way too long and my teeth feel like new! The pediatric dentist was awesome and love how they have TVs on the ceilings to keep the kids entertained (or distracted). My son didnt know what to expect and was having issues but they explained everything clearly so he knew what was going on with his teeth. Definitely recommend if you need any dental work done!

Dr. Anthony and Danny were great. Friendly and always reassuring. They made an unpleasant and painful experience manageable and not traumatic. Love Dr. Anthony.

Good dental work, couldn't get straight help regarding them "mistakenly" sending a paid off balance to collections though. Have been getting mail from their collections agency for half a year and when asked for them to clear it up they said "look on the website, your balance is 0"; I asked for an email confirming that their records showed the same and the woman on phone refused to send a single sentence email. Sucks, but overall my mouth feels fine so that is a plus!

What an incredible dentist!! Absolutely wonderful! I had an emergency tooth repair needed. As all emergencies happen on weekends, I called and they got me in right away on Monday with no appointment. The online documents to fill out prior to arrival were easy and fast. Shockingly, I didnt have to fill them out again when I arrived (as you always do at Drs offices). Once I was seen It was fast, very friendly and everyone there was completely professional. Dr Luong came in quickly went to work and handled it. The dental nurses Yammie and Carine (Coco ?) were wonderful and made genuine conversation with you. Unlike most places where they just talk and dont really want you to respond as their fingers are down your throat. These ladies took an interest in you, your comfort and dental health. Just genuinely nice people. The insurance process was great. Gave them my info, Wendy looked it up and handled it. What I really liked was Wendy explained in detail what was needed, could be done and what is possible. There was no upselling and no pressure to have you thought about teeth whitening..? I went to a dentist before in Corona - (the name starts with West and ends in ern) and I tell you that place was a hack shop. I knew it as soon as that lady there said ooohhh you got Goood insurance! But this place, Hamner Dental, really did a great job and I didnt feel like was getting fleeced. You seeIm not a smart man and I dont speak Doctor or Dentist. I definitely dont speak medical/dentist billing coding. So when Wendy took the time to actually explain things and the insurance process it really says something about how professional they are. The lobby was clean. The rooms were nice. Equipment looked fabulously maintained. I expected to hear screaming and crying children everywhere since they do children dentistry too. Nope. Not a single kid crying. They have TVs and I think games in the lobby for them. Very nice touch. All in all I loved this dentist office. And honestly no one actually likes going to the dentist. But if I have to goIm coming here. Ill be switching them to my primary dentist because of this experience. Thumbs up!
