I got a honey citrus mint tea which is so easy to make but it tastes so bad I think they just gave me water with a sprinkle of lemon or something but it tastes so off of what Im use to

Im not usually one to leave reviews but this Starbucks has incredibly unsuited people staffed. I also work in customer service, so I totally understand how difficult and frustrating it is dealing with customers all the time. Theres been multiple times my order has been wrong and theyve repeatedly read my order out to me with the correct stuff but then give me an incorrect order. I dont ever say anything but its happened so many times that its just annoying. I totally understand feeling frustrated when a customer comes in last minute with a big order when youre about to close, but I checked the times, and I came an hour before they closed to get a peppermint hot chocolate, and it tasted like they put something like caramel in it, instead of peppermint. I had also ordered a milk with no ice and I got a milk with ice. There was no one else in the drive thru line, and it didnt really look busy inside, but since I was the only one in line for the drive thru I would have been fine waiting for my order as long as it was made correctly. I dont know if the staff was tired or just feeling petty, but I just wish they wouldnt get my order wrong on such a slow night.
