I stayed here for one night with my wife and children. We slept in the tipi. Price is quite expensive for a place in the middle of nowhere, but conditions were very good. Tipi is very big, with huge bed. You can clean towels, soap, wood for fireplace, so you can cook something. Clean toilets and showers. We really liked the place. The sky in the night is amazing. The only problem is the railroad next to the camp, with very noisy trains, especially at night. There were 3 trains during the night we stayed.

In itself a very nice and unique spot. Wonderful views during the day and at night for stargazing. The toilets and showers are very clean. There is one big 'but' none of the other reviews mentioned. The place is directly next to an active railway (150 feet / 50 meter away). And while being also next to a interstate crossing, all trains blow their horns crossing it. Also at night. So be prepared and bring ear buds for a good night sleep. We stayed in a RV.

My son and I chose a tent camping site and it was perfect. There is not light pollution so we saw every star in the sky. The restrooms and showers were clean, everything was clean. Jim, the man who runs the place is the sweetest, most gentle soul a person could hope to meet. We will be back just specifically to camp here again.
