The Dana "Reserve" is planned to house lots of millionaires and line the pockets of the developer, while providing just the minimum of "low income" housing so the project is approved. It does NOT follow the General Plan for the So. Co. area. Also destroys 3K oak trees and the last of the Burton Mesa Chaparral in Nipomo. Not a Preserve, at all.

Love how this project is providing much needed housing for our community and PERMANENTLY PRESERVING FOUR to FIVE times the amount of precious oak trees that are currently there. Absolutely incredible.

This precious land and 100+ year old Oak trees is not suitable for development. The word "Reserve" says it all!
