        I absolutely LOVE this store! It is fun and bright. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and the shop is organized and easy to shop. It is always on my stop when I visit Fashion Island.

        I purchased several items a couple of weeks ago. One dress I bought snagged unusually the first time I wore it. I took it back to the store to see if they could have it repaired. The sales person was very accommodating -- she found another dress at another store and said she just had to talk to the manager. Later that day, I got a call saying the manager would not replace it nor would he have it repaired. I took the defective dress to my tailor and he confirmed that the fabric was faulty and he repaired it. Had I bought the dress at Neiman's or Bloomingdale's, they would have taken care of it immediately. Needless to say, I will not be shopping at Trina Turk again.
