Exceptional customer service and quality products. Prompt, courteous, impeccably neat measurers and installers. Design support help received from California (we live in upstate NY) was fantastic. This company has mastered dedicated concierge service provision. We particularly adore the motorized roman shades as they are quiet, gorgeous and make every morning an effortless dramatic reveal of the beautiful outdoors.
