Newport Center Surgical

What an excellent experience at this surgery center. Casey snd Jessica are top notch nurses. Dr. Bui and Dr. Kramer are amazing. We even had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Kramers nephew who is in medical school. We had a 5 star experience from start to finish.

not very informative matters at all. you will be waiting an hour plus after the person your waiting for surgery. you also have to have a covid vaccination card to get inside which is fine but not stated anywhere. very poor communication skills which is every important at facility's like this. A 1 star is nice if you ask me:)

Had shock wave lithotripsy for kidney stones here and could not be more satisfied with the doctors and staff.Everyone was very polite and caring and made my procedure as stress free as possible.They called the next day to see how I was doing and encouraged me to call if I had any questions or complications.

The treatment I received and witnessed at this surgery center today by the nurses was cold and uncaring. They exhibited no compassion for my situation nor for the other patients being prepped. One nurse who tried to place a catheter on top of my right hand was so rough, I winced out loud in pain. Then she got angry with me that I moved my hand. I asked for another nurse and the second one at least used lidocaine first. As I was lying there waiting to go into the OR, an anesthesiologist and nurse were bringing a patient out. He, the anesthesiologist, was laughing and in the loudest voice for all to hear said "yeah they were jamming this thing in his spinal cord." I don't know who they were talking about but it did not inspire confidence in me to stay in that place. The nurses were loud and laughing constantly among themselves. The patients came last. Never again!
