I had the most wonderful experience working with Mary and Christine. I was looking for a rental on Balboa Island for my parents who were coming for a month long vacation. Mary and Christine found them a perfect house! It was in a great location and fully equipped. My parents had the best time and are already planning their next trip. I highly recommend Mary and Christine and  look forward to working with them again!

We have been renting from Lora Vance Realtor for a month-long winter vacation in Hawaii for the past six years. Every year we find improvements in the amenities, updates in the furnishings, and/or additions to the garden. Clearly, the owner treasures the house, even more than we do. The house is spacious, nicely decorated and well-maintained, and we hope to continue spending our winter holiday in Waikoloa Village.

WARNING - Do Not Rent From Lora Vance Realty.This Fall 2021 we rented 540 South Bayfront.  We live out of state and unfortunately we only had the pictures online to review.  Upon arriving at the home we were totally shocked at what a shit hole it was.  Dirty carpet, infested furniture, mold in the refrigerator, non working dishwasher, urine saturated bathroom floor and impossible access to the shower (I actually severely gashed my leg getting into the shower because there is no room)  It was so bad that I am confidant that the Health Department would have shut it down.  Luckily we had relatives fairly close so we showered there. I called, emailed and texted the agency owner, Marlys and she never got back to me.  What a poor excuse of an owner who talks all this customer service bull shit on her web site and what a coward for not getting back to me, so unprofessional.  I made sure that I informed the Newport Beach Chamber of Commerce to inform them what happened.
