I got to know about this company when I was looking to buy a property and later on I found out they failed to secure my offer because somehow they believed I have a low chance of approval with 40% down. Ridiculous! It helped though cause I bought another property even at a higher price to their face and ignorance. Then years after I saw they sold a house in my area for about 10% less than market. For those reasons I give them a 1 star as they don't seem to be fighting for their client and probabely just fighting to close a deal for their own pocket.

Spam callers cold calling for properties without confirming. Did not even try to leave a message either.
