Nancy did an outstanding job! I was selling a family home in Mesa Verde and she was my Realtor. I don't live in the area and the home needed work so it could go on the market and not be sold at a deep discount. Nancy managed the numerous repairs dealing directly with the vendors. She had very good local knowledge and handled the selling process like a professional. We received over 15 offers and the home sold for 120% of the listing price! If you are looking for the best real estate agent in Costa Mesa or in Orange County, I would definitely recommend her and I would personally hire her again.

Nancy was our real estate agent in our purchase of our home in Westminster. She is a consummate professional who was always on top of communications and making sure things are going well and smoothly. We read through a number of reviews and were struck by the overwhelmingly positive things other sellers had to say about Nancy, which was the determining factor in why we chose you as a realtor. Nancy was a pleasure to deal with and was able to meet our needs as sellers in a declining market and with a challenging sales situation. Nancy went above and beyond to ensure that we were well informed throughout the process and was responsive to our inquiries and questions when we had them. I don't live in the area and the property was in Long Beach, so that made some of the logistics associated with the sale a bit challenging. Among other reasons we were glad we chose to work with Nancy, is because she is quite familiar with the Long Beach and consequently, has a vast network of folks she works with To ensure things get done well and in a timely manner. Her ability to reach out to her network and suggest folks who might be helpful in clearing the house and doing some repair work was a significant help in terms of some of the more challenging logistics we had to tend with as out of town sellers. At one point we hit a snag with a potential buyer and a bad interaction with the next-door neighbor. Nancy handled the situation tactfully and professionally. I'd say she went above and beyond to manage a situation that could have gone south quickly, none of which had anything to do with her. She was wonderful throughout the ordeal and stayed in close contact and communication until the situation was resolved. The previous reviews of Nancy suggested that she approaches her work with great integrity, is hard working and a great communicator. She hit all these marks and more! She was lovely to deal with and made a difficult situation enjoyable and fruitful. She really cares about her clients, not just as customers, but as people and works hard to make sure their needs are met. Nancy is professionalism personified! Working with Nancy was such a pleasure, I almost wish I had another house to sell! I would definitely reach out to her if I did have another property I needed to sell or if I was seeking to buy one. Nancy immediately made herself available to me the first time I called her. She listened to my concerns and put me at ease right away. She was so personable and friendly; while at the same time very knowledgeable and professional. She had the answers and the resources that I needed as an inexperienced seller and executor of an estate with a home to sell in Fountain Valley. I felt very comfortable selecting her as my real estate agent/Broker. My attorney recommended a Realtor that he refers to. I interviewed him and was not impressed. Nancy was an answer to prayer. Nancy went to work right away. I had a complete market analysis for the property in my hands within just a couple of days. She put up a sign; listed it on the internet; contacted prospective buyers; held an open house the first weekend it went on the market and it was sold within one week. She took care of the escrow company and coordinated with the attorney for the probate. Nancy handled the negotiations and contracts efficiently and professionally. During the process of the sale, my mother passed away. Nancy was so sensitive and supportive to me. She took on even more responsibility to relieve me during my time of sadness. Nancy even brought me a large pot of beautiful flowers for me to enjoy on my patio. I can't say enough good things about Nancy as a person and a Broker.
