One of the best!  Felipe listed my condo & sold it almost immediately.  Then he helped me find a replacement home.  Both transactions went very smoothly due to his diligence & we sailed through them.  Felipe always answered the phone or text immediately so I didn't have to wait too long for his response.   Even though he is located in Orange county he was able to handle my negotiations in the South Bay.  If I wanted to see a property or there was paperwork that I needed to sign he would come up to my area in the speed of light!  He was Felipe on the spot.Not only did he handle the deals he introduced me to some great people that helped with things such as getting a loan.  I ended up with the impossible purchase of a new home without any problems.I have to say that Felipe is number one in my book & I will call him if I decide to buy/sell again.

I would recommend Felipe to any friend or relative. He is on top of his game. In this highly competitive market, you need a bull dog as your realtor. That's Felipe- in the right sense of the expression. His best asset is his ability to listen. We met for about 1 hour to discuss priorities, budget, etc. Within two weeks, we were in escrow. Just like that. If you live in Orange County, you understand how rare this sounds but it's true.
