Bill Calhoun was representing the buyers in the transaction for 131 Morristown Lane, Costa Mesa, CA 92626, which I was the listing agent for. He was able to effectively make his clients standout among other multiple offers. He represented them in a polite manner while effectively negotiating the purchase of the home, and maintaining complete transparency. 10/10 would feel comfortable working with him again in the future.

Worst customer service I changed my mind I called to bring a buyer, I wanted to help you guys and the seller because earlier the agent called me I was in the middle of meeting first he wanted my listing  and I said I am getting my license, would you please sent me the info of yours and the home. He continued talking even I said I can not respond but I will help you find a buyer, unfortunately he did not and never done texted me the information. I called his Google number was showed on my cell and a lady very rude and disrespectful answered she started arguing with me over my caller I'd cell why my phone number dose not showed. I said I have may be a buyer and knows a Invester sources to help , I asked Mam are you agent and she said in a very rude and bad way Are you agent ? I said don't please answer me question with question she called me bitch and hang up where is your honesty and fiduciary duties customers service you guys must think about every potentiality to find buyer for the 1978 port  Charles cir Mls 0C21227398. Poor the seller if you want to sell good every call could be a chance Broker or agent get commission vase on their performance or let another agent bringing buyer than you have your job if you are honestly sell the house not to be rude and jerk and sit wait the buyer come or lucky some knock the door. I thought this company is good but they hired people are entitled and does not have to respect or manner or not the fiduciary duty or customer service or golden rules to the seller an agent must be honest and disclosure and respect and fairness to the buyer and sellerSeller and buyer are your employees if they don't give you the home there is no job for you agents. Please tell that lady or woman Watch your mouth lady that even she scared to say who she is representing your company Very disappointed. Now I read the reviews that is you guys style.
