Ayumi is one in a million! She helped me purchased my home in the Great Park community in Irvine. Shes FAST and has a sense of urgency which is a must in todays market. She was able to submit my offer as the first offer prior to anyone else, and I end up purchasing my dream home. I couldn't be more grateful to Ayumi for my home that I just purchased in Hermosa Beach. No only does she know her markets well, her friendliness and keen negotiation skills were crucial in positioning my offer as the best among competitive bids to get mine accepted.
