I chose Glara to work with to sell my mother's condo (who had recently passed away) after obtaining another glowing recommendation; I feel very fortunate to have had Glara on my team for this sale. I was out of the country which could have posed some issues but there never was anything she/we didn't handle. We had tenants in place who could have given us plenty of trouble but Glara handled them with expert care. Glara is very knowlegeable of the Irvine, CA market and we sold the condo after 1 day's Open House! Glara and her team far exceeded my expectations during my home purchasing journey.
