I have been using this PO for many years, have a PO box and frequently mail packages from here. In all that time, I experienced typically friendly and professional service from the employees.

The only post office in US that doesnt show any operation hours to access mail boxes at its doors nor inside.

I dropped off a package here thats worth $1500 and was urgent that it was sent out in time! Now a month later the package is missing and I called multiple times and they told me to wait while they investigate that they LOST MY PACKAGE?? I dont think at this point they are doing anything to find my package because Ive heard nothing back. They didnt seem to care that my package is missing or didnt give any advice on what to do from here. My tracking number never updated so its pointless. Im not sure if my package was stolen or what but this is unprofessional and I will never go to this post office again. The lady on the phone I kept calling about my package seemed bothered. I wouldnt recommend this post office to anyone. Super unprofessional and not worth anyones time.

Just left this PO. I had two lg flat rate boxes I was mailing. I have a disability and walk with a cane. First I had to find boxes that my items would fit in then I packed them. No help by anyone. After that I had to go stand in line with the boxes in one arm and cane in other. Absolutely no help whatsoever. Unlike I was in Huntington Beach yesterday and they helped those with disabilities immediately.
So sad and disappointing.
