Our family had a family portrait done, and it was awesome. The actual shoot took about 25min,. and we were very pleased with the outcome. It's a little pricey, but we've never had an oil portrait done, so it may be normal.

Had a great photo session years ago and brought my daughter back for another. Absolutely wonderful staff made a teenager feel very comfortable and we received some great pictures. Couldn't decide between two so I bought them both! Thank you for all of the wonderful memories.

I had an appointment at 3pm, when my family was there, the manager told me our time should be 6pm, I showed her the email which I double checked with the employee it was 3 PM PDT then She told me they can do photographs for us but we need to com back again, since they scheduled around 3 families at one same time. My husband thought it was their commercial metrics, since when we arrived there were 3 families there almost done the photographs. There was only one photographer, so you will figure out what is the problem. Will never go to there again. Also, the manager seems speak British English, let me felt very bad.

We just finished our session so havent gotten our portrait yet but I am sure that it will be lovely. But why Im writing now is because our photographer was amazingly patient. We have five kids and the toddlers were not in the mood. She jumped in and helped get them dressed! The baby screamed almost the whole time but she managed to capture a beautiful image for us. We were fortunate enough to have been able to enjoy the experience by winning the free portrait from social media and they even included a hotel stay for us which was beyond amazing. I would definitely recommend this studio for a formal family portrait.
