Im 46 and had the mini awake procedure. Im so pleased with the results. He and his nurse Cindy had the best bedside manner and I highly recommend them.

First I would like to say that my procedure was painless and I felt very comfortable with Dr Barnes as my doctor for this procedure. It did feel really weird and I had some anxiety but I think thats common for any procedure other than that it did not hurt at all. Secondly, I would like to say that it took me about six months to decide to do the neck Lipo laser procedure. I had a consultation with Dr. Barnes and he assured me it would help, however I wanted to make sure I was doing the right procedure for what I needed at that time. Honestly at this point I do need a tighter neck because I have loose skin but the procedure did a lot for my overall look. It made my jowls go away and got rid of any of the fat under my chin and neck. It took about a month for The numbness to completely go away. I want to say that in months to two to three, I noticed a lot more improvement and thats when I felt extremely happy with it just because I wasnt sure how it was going to look and it actually started to look better as time went on. I completely trust Dr Barnes with procedures as he is very nice and talk to you through it and make sure that you dont feel anything. I would highly recommend him for this procedure. I will be going back for this or another in the future!

Thomas Barnes really cares about his patients and ensures u get exactly what u want. He helped me get the neck I wanted for so long and took care of me the entire way, even for months afterward. Thanks man!
