After looking for a plastic surgeon who had the knowledge to do plastic surgery on bald men I found Dr Ackerman. To perform this kind of surgery requires special skills and techniques. As I was getting older I was not happy with the results and wanted a refresh. But it was more than that. I was never happy with my looks with a neck that sloped too much towards my chin, jowly cheeks, and correspondingly a lack of a well defined jawline. Dr Ackerman identified these factors without me having to even say so in our first meeting. He knew. And as I discussed with him he said he would address all off these. And he did well beyond my expectations. I could see that even looking in a mirror immediately after surgery. The result is life changing not only in how I see myself but also in the reactions and comments I get from others. The aftercare and followups have also been outstanding with great care to make sure scars and other factors are healing properly especially given the special techniques required for facelifts on bald men. I cannot be more pleased with the results of working with Dr Ackerman and him providing me a new life

Dr. Ackerman is unmatched in his field. He did a face lift, neck lift, breast implant removal and lipo with fat transfer 7 weeks ago. I could not be happier. He is an expert surgeon, with impeccable standards and a great eye for detail. The results are better than I could have expected. My recovery was easy, mostly painless with minimal bruising and swelling. Dr. Ackerman and his staff to excellent care of me from my first consultation, to surgery and post-op. After having this incredible experience with Dr. Ackerman and his staff, I would not even consider seeing anyone else.

I recently had a rhinoplasty done by Dr. Ackerman and I am beyond happy with my results! From the first consultation I had at Dr. Ackermans office, I was treated very well by him and his staff. They made sure I felt confortable and safe through every appointment and most importantly the day of surgery. The surgery went very smoothly and there were no complications. My recovery was very quick and easy. My new nose is exactly what we had discussed and I am very satisfied with the results. I highly recommend Dr. Ackerman!

I have had two procedures performed by Dr. Ackerman.Throughout the process, Dr Ackerman and his support staff were always very professional, helpful and friendly. Each procedure was completely explained and all my questions were effectively answered. Dr. Ackerman's kind manner gave me confidence that everything would go well. The results of each surgery were so natural looking. Exactly what I was looking for! I greatly appreciated the frequent follow up appointments to assure I was healing properly.
