I'm writing this review not to bash anyone but to simply share the unprofessional, upsetting experience I had so perhaps this will be taken into consideration to do better. My husband and I live in Texas and we planned getting married on the beach in California. I hired Jennifer for a very basic, small wedding ceremony with no reception.
Although I felt the price she quoted me was extremely high for the 1 hour photo service, I still hired her based on the work on her website and the reviews that I did read. Our wedding day came, and we set up a tripod for us to film our ceremony. We was asked her numerous times if it needed to be moved in order to get a great shot of the ceremony and every time she said "No it can stay, saying "I'll crop it out if needed"...fast forward to now, and I have not one photo of our ceremony without the tripod in it.
And when we inquired about her removing it she told me it will be $10 per photo to do so. I feel like this could have been an easy fix the day of our wedding. And since we were out of state, we also gave her a a USB drive that cost $50, so she could put the finished photos on it and mail it to us. We stressed this was important to us and we would of course cover any shipping.
She stated in writing it was no problem. Ultimately, it took her 3 months to finally mail us not 1 but 2 different USB's that were not the one we purchased and valued at $5.
Over the course of 3 months I've frequently tried to contact her with little to no response. In the end I'm out nearly $600 with mediocre photographs of my wedding and. $50 USB that we paid for.
I feel taken advantage of and disappointed in what should be the most beautiful pictures of our lives.

I cant say enough great things about Jennifer and her fantastic team! We have been coming back for over 7 years to have our family photos taken a few times a year. Jennifer is not only creative with her ideas and shots, but has extreme patience when dealing with our family and trying to get all of us ready at the same time for that perfect photo. I was also very pleased with photos she took of my team at work for our website. I know many families who have used her services for weddings and new Baby shoot. I strongly recommend hiring Jennifer for your next big event! You wont be disappointed! Thank you Jenn!
