All of the negative reviews about the clerical staff are 100% accurate. They are unbelievably rude, calls left unanswered, and they just sound miserable all the time. Its a shame since the actual physicians here are great.

Never go to this clinic. The staff are rude, not responsive, and canceled my appointments many times. If you care about your health and dont want to waste your time to talk with them never ever go to this clinic. Update: Do not believe their reply to my comment, I called them so many times and put me on hold and completely forgot to call me back and this happened multiple times.

I am very satisfied with my surgeon and the courteous staff. My rotator cuff surgery went well.. still in recovery. The only somewhat unsatisfactory issue is getting through to someone by telephone.

This place is a disorganized mess. Went there for an appointment with a doctor which was fine. He referred us for an MRI which I scheduled in the office. I later had someone call me to try and schedule it as well but told them it was already scheduled. The day of the MRI I was called AN HOUR BEFORE the appointment and was told the machine didn't work. So they rescheduled it for the next week. After that I had another person call me and practically ramble to me about the appointment scheduled, so I confirmed with her that they had it straight on their end. The next week I showed up a couple of minutes early and there was one person at the desk helping someone. When neither of them were talking, I told her we were here for an MRI and asked if we were in the right place. She told me it was downstairs but I needed a form from her. I had to wait well over 5 minutes because of what this other person needed. Two other people came out to help the girl in the front an I asked one of them to help me but they said to wait for the one at the desk. By the time she was done it had been almost a full 10 minutes that I waited. She then hands me forms to fill out. I told her I wished I could have done that while I was waiting, the MRI is going to be 2 hours and a doctors appointment after that and waiting for her has made us late. So she walks us downstairs and it turns out there is NO MRI TECH even there. Because the machine is STILL BROKEN. When I told them I had to sign my daughter out of school and take my sick leave for this appointment all they could do was apologize. This place is by far the most poorly run office I've been to in a long time. I regret letting them see my daughter since after dealing with them I wouldn't let them treat my dog. If their machine doesn't work and they can't keep straight when people are coming or going, what else don't they have a handle on.

I'm not going to disclose the details of my visit but I've been waiting for them to provide me with the follow up referral since August and after trying to reach out to them several times since then I honestly give up now... the frondesk staff are useless! They dont answer calls, they dont return text messages, when you get a hold of them they say that the only person that knows this isnt there today, so it is a waste of time dealing with them all... However, in the meantime I did receive multiple bills from them which should have been covered by the insurance company. After reaching out to them, I was told not to worry about but they keep sending me the same bill over and over and now it is marked as late for 61 to 90 days... I'm not sure how are they still in business. 3 months after the visit I'm still at square zero as if I never went there and honestly I wish I never went there.

Never go to this clinic. The staff are rude, not responsive, and canceled my appointments many times. If you care about your health and dont want to waste your time to talk with them never ever go to this clinic.
