Gigi Kroll, M.D. Concierge OB/GYN

Save yourself the trouble and do NOT go to this office. Shortly before I was delivering my baby, our doctor left the practice. We were provided a new doctor, who didn't end up delivering our baby. The billing department has an issue with every single payment made through Cigna's InstaMed portal. The entire office will never respond to email, they close phone lines for 2 hours in the middle of the day, they do not return messages when left for others within the office, they do not have voicemail setup, and, when they do answer, they are not helpful. I will never return to this office, and would strongly discourage others from going.

All I can say is WOW! I am thoroughly impressed by Dr Kroll and her attentive staff. Their kindness, professionalism and responsiveness to my needs has blown me away. I love being a part of her concierge practice as a new patient and she provides me immediate access and attention in a real time fashion. My phase of life only necessitates high-quality gynecological care and therefore her new Gynecology only model mets my needs. Her focus on menopause AND living well in the second half of life is a breath of fresh air. To have the full attention of a thoroughly experienced 20+ year OBGYN is a privilege most women never are allowed.

Dr. Kroll is an outstanding, knowledgeable doctor and an amazing human. We moved from out of state where we experienced an excellent OB/midwife team, so it was important for us to find a doctor that we could trust. Towards the end of my first trimester, I experienced a medical issue. Dr. Kroll and Claudia both provided guidance and helped me find a specialist ASAP. I messaged Dr. Kroll that evening and Claudia helped me schedule an appointment with the specialist the following day. The specialist ordered an urgent ultrasound and confirmed my health issue in a matter of days, plus offered options on managing it throughout my pregnancy. I initially tried to schedule the ultrasound myself and was told it would be 3 months until I could get it done, so Im very grateful for Dr. Kroll and her referral. They helped me navigate through a difficult time, saving me months of uncertainty and pain. Im so thankful for them! When it came time for our delivery, Dr. Kroll listened and helped us navigate through our decisions. She is incredibly knowledgeable and helped us feel at ease about everything. I have the utmost trust and confidence in her. We had an incredible experience with Dr. Kroll and the nurses at Hoag during our labor and delivery. We were in excellent hands, felt extremely cared for, and couldnt be happier. Dr. Kroll and her team, including Claudia, Debbie, and all of her staff had been amazing. The time my husband and I spent with Dr. Kroll during our visits were very special and personable. I have so much gratitude for the care we had by Dr. Kroll and her team. If youre able to do the concierge service, I would highly recommend Dr. Kroll.

Alot of fake 5 star reviews from one review accounts that Gigi and her staff obviously wrote for themselves. The one star reviews from reviewers with 10 or more reviews are real. So are Gigi's racist remarks. There's no room in the world for ignorance or hate. Even if she were a decent OB, I opt out.

Where do I even begin? If I could give 10 stars I would! Dr Kroll and her entire staff are incredible. I have delivered two babies with Dr. Kroll through the concierge program and could not have had better experiences. She is kind, thorough, knowledgeable, supportive and was always there for us throughout the entire process. Her staff are amazing and always so friendly. I honestly look forward to every appointment and delivery with Dr Kroll.
