They charge you $1 to use tape. I have never been charged to use pieces of tape. If they do that for tape, I would worry about using them for anything. There are tons of places to mail things, choose another place.

I have been to this location so many times and they always used to have great customer service. I think they may have hired somebody new and he is extremely rude even the other staff members looked at him when he was being rude to me as though they knew that is not their standard. Whoever is in charge of hiring you may want to reconsider this person. he wanted to charge two dollars to tape a package and when I said I didn't have any cash and wanted to use a card he wanted to charge me five dollars to use my card and sent me to another location I have never seen anyone be more dismissive and lazy in my experiece here. Thanks for not being helpful at all and not doing the job you are paid to do.

Love this place. All shippers in one place. Very convenient and the staff is knowledgeable. I have a mailbox here and they dont disappoint.
