I could not imagine working with anyone else Mina is the absolute best!
From our initial meeting where she walked us through the lending process, Mina was the consummate professional. She used an iPad with realtime data to demonstrate what we could expect during the home buying process, and calmly walked us through the answers to every question we had even pointing out helpful tips to get the most out of our mortgage. We never would have thought to ask in the first place, but Mina had our backs from the very first minute we met her.
Over the course of the next nine months, Mina was communicative and helpful detailing potential financing scenarios for an untold number of properties. In each instance, Mina was unbelievably responsive, which was tremendously reassuring.
And when it came time to close oh boy, did Mina ever shine. She worked with us despite rapidly-changing market data, to get the best rate possible. She smoothly worked with our escrow agent to assure funding, and helped us close on our dream home without a hiccup.
Minas consummate professionalism throughout the entire home buying process kept us at ease during one of the most stressful points in our lives, and she got us our dream home under adverse market conditions while still meeting our financial constraints!
