We were looking for a place to rent for potentially the next 1-2 years that could accommodate two people needing their own offices as well as more space in general. Andrew made the entire process so easy and it would have been much more stressful trying to research properties and figure things out ourselves. He handled all of the communications with each property we liked, and whenever we saw something we wanted more information about, Andrew promptly contacted the property manager and provided us timely information. Overall, this was an incredibly easy process and experience and we will most definitely be using his services in the future!

Absolutely loved every minute of working with Andrew. He's thorough, available, and calm. I purchased my first home with Andrew and 100% recommend him to anyone, especially new home buyers that are afraid of dipping their toes into the housing market. He's beyond knowledgeable about the market and isn't afraid to ask the hard questions. Buying a house is usually an unbelievably stressful process, but yet, working with Andrew actually made it fun. He'll do anything for his clients' happiness. If I could buy 100 houses with Andrew, I would. I found my condo within a month of searching, at the best price, under the best circumstances, and as a bonus, gained a wealth of knowledge about the housing market thanks to Andrew. Andrew made the process so enjoyable that I can't wait for the next house hunt with him as my realtor.
