Megan Varga and her team were incredible, working all together from data analysis of our property, repairs, estate sale, completely cleaning out the house, staging, photographers, and videographers, and escrow company. Everyone on the team are excellent. Megan actually presented us with a fifty-five page data analysis of our property and data on her company before we even signed a contract with her to be our realtor agent. Megan kept constant communication with us and addressed any questions and concerns we had throughout the whole process. . We would highly recommend Megan Varga and her team without reservations!

Megan and her team are incredible. I have a very high standard for professionals, including real estate agents. The Megan Varga Group absolutely exceeded all expectations that my wife and I had. We purchased our dream home, and it would not have been possible without Megan and her team's help. The house went on the market Friday afternoon, I texted her at 8am the following morning and she got us a private showing at 1pm that same day. We submitted an offer on Saturday night and were under contract in a few days. We only got the house because of her quick work. Megan always picks up the phone or calls me back immediately, her communications are clear, and if she says she is going to do something she does it. In addition to all of that, the buying process is confusing, stressful, and full of possible traps if you don't have a knowledgeable agent on your side. Megan helped us make intelligent decisions through every step of the process and her experience helped us avoid falling into traps that would have cost us money, delayed our closing or worse. If my mom was a real estate agent, I'd still use Megan again.
