I would like to recommend Carter Kaufman and Rob Giem and both of their teams for selling my house in Cliffhaven/Newport Heights only 2% under the listing price. Also, they got it in escrow about 6 weeks after their listing. Carter knocked on my door about 6 years ago and stayed in touch a few times a year to see if I wanted to sell. Finally, I decided to give Carter and Rob the listing in late October 2023, and they did a great job marketing the home and showing it before we the right buyer that loved the house and the views and after 34 years of my family living there, someone else can enjoy the house. I bought from the original owner that built it 35 years before I bought it and oddly, I felt similar that it was time for someone else to enjoy it. Carter and Rob did a great job negotiating with the buyer and making sure escrow closed on time. I would highly recommend Carter to list or find you a new home. Of course, Rob Giem is one of the best Newport Beach agents of all time and I was lucky to know him and have him co-list with Carter. Thank you both, Brad.
