He was extremely motivated to get the job done. He made each process seamless as we navigated through the housing market. When selling our home, he was prompt and communicative every step of the way. Team Kiwi was incredible! They were instrumental in helping us find our dream home. With any real estate transaction, there are a lot of moving parts, and Team Kiwi was there every step of the way to lead to make sure we knew what we had to do and what was coming down the road. The communication throughout the process with us and the sellers side was phenomenal, and their leadership and experience made us feel comfortable every step of the way. We firmly believe that without Team Kiwi, we would not have found and closed on our dream home. We have some additional real estate needs coming up in the near future, and we are absolutely going to be working with them again.

Kiwi and his team are real pleasure to work with, they went above and beyond to help us. We used them to buy and sell the same house. When we bought the house, the seller backed out after almost half way. But Kiwi managed to talked and brought them to back on. Kiwi is an expert in the field, very knowledgeable and experienced with the market, he offered excellent advice on how to negotiate with seller and buyers, he is professional with strategy. He always answer questions timely and patiently. A classic act all around. Carlos and Shane are super responsive, they made it smooth easy and updated you with any progress or important timelines during the entire process. We recently bought our first home here in California through Team Kiwi. Being from overseas we naturally had a lot more questions and guidance needed.
