I mean come on when you let someone touch your face right, youre doing a lot of research to even get to that right person and I am so thankful for her. She is THE Skin Guru. Very nice environment and welcoming people. Have had a couple infrared sessions and am impressed with the whole place. Pristine conditions and looks like well rounded offerings of wellness services as well. And side unexpected benefit... the water was great!

I had a horrible experience Ive been going back and forth for more than 3 weeks now! Theres something wrong with their Botox. I bought 42 units To left my eyebrows a little bit and I had frown lines! The result was that I end up with puffy left eye it looks horrible and feels horrible it is exactly the opposite why I wanted to get the Botox for instead of lifting my eyes I have very weird looking puffy eyelid that I never had before It bothers me when I wear my eye contacts and makeup! and my forehead looked good the first 2 weeks the Botox was working now after almost 20 days it looks like I have no Botox at all I can move my eyebrows I can frown I have the frown lines back my forehead muscles looks like I dont have any Botox! Though I had the 42 unites I bought then I went again twice after to fix my puffy eye and the lines between my eyebrows maybe they injected me with another 10-20 units! Not only theres something wrong with their Botox! I was so nice that I agreed to keep going back and forth for 4 times to give them a chance to fix their work before I leave a review! The nurse told me ILL DO IT ALL OVER AGAIN FOR THE LAST TIME THEN WE WILL BE DONE Actually Im the one who should say that!!! after I was going back and forth 4 times for 4 weeks getting injected in the wrong spots with I dont know what! It wasnt working like Botox! I wanted to be done the first time I got there! I do Botox every 4-6 months for 10 years now I never had an experience like this before. I rather go now and pay $15 per unit and try to get it fixed.
