I really enjoy working with Joelle, she is a very easy and kind person to open up to about anything. I noticed when I first started getting emotion code I would have a lot to talk about and would leave the session in a much more positive mindset. Unlike traditional therapy, if I dont feel like talking during a session I dont have to and I will still release what my body needs to. After doing more sessions my anxiety drastically went down and I became much more happy and stable. I am very appreciative of my progress with Joelle and I genuinely feel as though I have a safe place to come to for help. Thank you Joelle!

03/30/2024 I became a Natural Healing Center client at the end of 2021 in search of a holistic approach during my cancer recovery journey. I cant praise them enough for all they have done for my wellbeing since then. This time I am writing about my experience working with Joelle Carrera during our EC (Emotion Code) sessions. It was not an easy decision (especially for a man ) to go for something like that: First, I had to realize that I have never addressed any emotional events (small or significant) during my life. All of these were promptly ignored, swept under the rug, or bottled, sealed and those bottles were put away some place even I dont remember where Second, I needed to get in touch with my sensitive side, swallow my macho pride and make an appointment Third, I needed to lift the proverbial rug and see whats there, then figure out where all these sealed bottles are and start opening them and addressing what comes out I didnt have any expectations whatsoever. Joelle was great at providing much needed guidance. We started with some significant events I knew needed attention, then more things came out. She helped prioritize them. I had different ideas, but I am glad I adopted her suggestions. It was interesting how those issues slowly diminished one by one. I must say, some of them had an impact I could physically feel. As well as the noticeable relief I can attest for once they were released and gone!... My recommendation now is: Go ahead, call the Natural Healing Center, and book an EC session with Joelle! Life is too short to carry around burdens you could leave behind. My life is much, much better and enjoyable now! Thank you, Joelle! You are awesome!

I have been going to Dr. Shannon for a while now. Her office is like a haven of good energy. She is a very caring practitioner and knows what she is doing. I was so close to death when I first came to see her and she saved me and she continues to guide my progress. It takes a body a long time to rebuild itself after the many things I went through, but she is patient and she makes sure she tells me what has gotten better and what is showing up to be handled now. And step by step I have climbed and climbed and I feel strength in my body sometimes that I even forgot what that felt like. I was to the point where I wasn't even looking for strength, just not the wobbly weakness. I enjoy coming to her office. All around me I see people who look so much better than when I first met them there. Dr. Shannon Eggleston is a miracle for so many patients. She takes you at wherever your health level is and makes it better, even if you are already an athlete. He office is all about health and wellbeing, not sickness. No sickness stands a chance in that office.

I started seeing Joann, my Nutrition Muscle Response coach after 12 years of suffering with chronic bloating, migraines, sore joints, nerve tenderness, and immense food sensitivities. I have spent thousands on supplements that are marketed for the issues I thought I was experiencing, and then having to do all this back work of contacting the sellers and asking if their sources of vitamins were foods I knew I reacted poorly to. Now with Muscle Response Testing I can, if I have the restraint, truly eat a 100% my body-friendly diet and supplement regimen. After 2 months, I passed multiple parasites and my numbers started to stabilize, as well as the amount of supplements being recommended. I am now starting maintenance and still hope to see other symptoms disappear, and to gain physical stamina that I still don't quite have, but I finally have enough foods that my body is liking to have a balanced diet to support more movement which feels really good!
