Sam is truly talented at what she does. She has studied extensively about holistic health and nutrition, and she is highly skilled in bodywork and massage. I always come out of my sessions with a very deep sense of calm and relaxation. She takes my body and mind to another level during times of stress and anxiety. Sam has also been a great mentor in guiding my physical and mental health. I highly recommend her!

Samantha is exceptional in her skill set. I've been to many massage therapists in the past, some with 10+ years of experience and they still do not quite compare to Sam. She can communicate with your muscles in a way you didn't believe was possible. I'm always recommending Samantha to friends and family. She's also highly respected in the prenatal community! Anyone can say that they massage or that they can do a prenatal massage but Samantha has the certification to do so and there's a reason why you need to be certified. Her calming presence really does exemplify what "serenity body therapy & wellness" stands for. I'm so glad that I've met Sam!
