Having spent thousands of dollars with another company for strategies that didn’t fit my market, I was discouraged and frustrated. A friend referred me to WebLocal and honestly, I didn’t have high hopes. However, during the first exploratory phone call with Eric and Denise, they taught me more than I had learned in the prior year. They were comfortable and engaging, which put me at ease. They patiently answered my questions, even when I asked them two or three times, and they explained in plain language without technical jargon. They listened to my concerns and gave sound recommendations with realistic expectations. They asked many questions to understand what I did and who I served. Being a solo practitioner in a niche of elder care, that differentiation was important to me. After this exploration, they built my site and launched ahead of schedule. They didn’t try to sell me on self-serving strategies or unnecessary expansion. I’m thankful they are a part of "my team" and I highly recommend them.
