I wouldn't recommend this firm to my worse enemy! Point blank they didn't do anything for me I was basically on the back burner for about 4 months while my case manager was out on medical. That's not the issue though, I had no idea about that I even emailed them asking about my case to no response, then out of nowhere they dropped my case no explanation whatsoever so yeah they're lucky I can't give them no stars they don't even deserve the one!!

I came to edit and change my review. I was frustrated in the beginning but lawyer got a good settlement. It seemed to take a while and longer to get paid but Vanessa took over and had my case settled and paid in a day. They did a great job.

I was in a terrible car accident last year and to make it worse it was a hit and run. Luckily there was a key witness who reported the driver who hit me. However, I made a major error by talking to my insurance company before contacting a personal injury lawyer and I was in a very stressful situation where I wasnt going to be covered. So I called Avrek law firm so they could help me out and they sure did! I was so stressed out but the attorneys saved my case and I received a really good settlement. I want to thank my case manager Fabiola, Crystal, the attorneys, and the entire team that was assigned to my case for being in my corner from start to finish. They truly are the real deal and if Im ever in any kind of personal injury situation again I will call Avrek law firm again. I highly recommend Avrek law firm to anyone who needs a personal injury lawyer. You guys are amazing! Thank you!

If i could now give it 1 star I would ! I introduced my case to my representative named Jessica ! She was very unprofessional from the start , She never provided updates unless I asked and I hardly ever spoke with her ! I Was rear-ended in my apartments where I was backing up first , the representative told me I basically had a case forsure , weeks went by again and I FINALLY got an update . The insurer from the other insurance told them he never got in a car accident and hit a stop sign . Keep in mind that my representative that has my case has all the photos and the picture of his insurance from the accident my car engine blew because of this accident !! To fast forward this: yesterday i was informed by my insurance that they were not representing me anymore no update no call no anything. I'm calling them and they are all rude as ever ! Terrible attitudes ! The one receptionist literally hung up in my face. I finally speak to my representative (after contacting her ) and she basically disclose to me with that they wont move forward with my case because it was in an apartment complex and they want to insure safety but keep in mind i was the person hit ! Then she stated that the other insurer photos of their vehicle showed so proof of accident so that they would not accept fault ( NOT TO MENTION) THAT MY REP (JESSICA) HAD ALREADY ADVISED THAT THEY WERE ACCEPTING FAULT . During our call she also tended to start talking over me and being very rude , she even basically told me to be quiet so that she could talk, their is so many additional details I can rant about but I just want to express my experience because not only am i out of a case I have no car and have had no support from this law firm when it is their job to represent their clients.
