John asked me to write this review and to be 100% honest, so here it goes (sorry John). We met Mr. Flashy aka Hollywood aka (John) in late 2016 when he pulled up in this Mercedes Benz that look like something a sheik was going to pop out of. John wanted us to invest in a property he was buying from the auction in Corona. We declined for several reasons, one that John was just too flashy, just kidding, but he really is. No really, at the time we didnt feel John and his company had enough seat time to take my money and risk it on some repossessed house. Our exact words were just sell that car and you will have plenty of money to invest in houses Well a couple of years later boy, has my tone changed. I sure wished we would have gotten on the ground floor with John, he has made one heck of a name for himself and built a pretty good little business. John has earned the trust of myself and other senior people who have a couple of bucks to play around with which is hard to do these days. I have now done a few properties with John and cannot explain how professional and prompt he and his team of people are. They are one of those hard to find, deliver on time no nonsense groups you want to be involved with. I highly recommend John and KO if you are looking for a place to put some money to work. Oh yeah, John did sell his Mercedes Benz and a few other things and look at him now.still FLASHY

Had the opportunity to do some refinishing work for John Kelly at KO INVESTMENTS. It was great working for him, upon completion of job he came to job site and paid us with no issues. Our family owned business appreciates opportunities like these.
