Just had an interior design consultation session with Samia. She gave wonderful advice for my painting project and prepped me for my next ones. Renovating home is fun and also stressful at times, so I miscalculated our time and paid her more than what she has quoted me for. Samia immediately refunded me the extra amount. Her professionalism, honesty and expertise really impressed me. I will definitely ask for her help in our future home projects. Very excited that I have found a quality interior designer that fits my style!

Ive got to say it was a true pleasure photographing this gorgeous Irvine residence with you. One thing that I was struck by was how you were able to both revamp the otherwise closed space to a modern, airy and bright open plan residence full of daylight.

I have photographed 100s of homes over the years and one thing I consistently see with flip properties (in this price range) is owners try to cut corners with architectural finishes and it shows right away with either shoddy workmanship or cheap materials. Neither of which exist on this project....the architectural finishes, all the faucet fixtures, the shower fixtures, the tile, the lighting & the kitchen appliances that you thoughtfully hand picked for your client have a luxury look and feel to them. You clearly know how to maximize your client's budget. And this is what you get when you hire a competent and experienced interior designer. Its clear that you know how to turn a space from a rough gem into a sparkling diamond.
