RUN DON'T WALK from CRAIG BROWN INSURANCE AGENCY  (that is an agent for Mercury) in Irvine!!!  THE WORST MOST UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH ON ANY LEVEL!!!I am a defense lawyer with perfect driving record. THE Y ARE THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL Business in world!!! TWICE my policy was cancelled because they forgot to send me documents to sign. When I left voicemails (since no one answers phone) asking them to urgently call me as my insurance policy  with Mercury) was being cancelled without knowing why; THEY NEVER CALLED ME BACK. EVER! I had to take time and spend hours on phone trying to find someone at Mercury itself to help me! While Mercury is good, NEVER EVER WORK WITH THIS AGENCY. TO DATE, they still won't call me back on urgent calls asking for my  monthly proof of insurance to keep in my car (they never mail it) and could care less if you call asking them to call you back its URGENT your car insurance is being cancelled and you have no idea why! (It was because they forgot to send out an important document that needed to be signed for minor in home). (Apparently they forgot to send it and my policy cancelled) (THIS HAPPENED WITH BOTH MY UNDERAGE children in home,,both times insurance cancelled both times never called me back on urgent messages asking why)! HANDS DOWN WORST BUSINESS EVER DEALT WITH IN ANY FIELD. STILL NEVER CALLED ME EVEN WHEN COMPLAINED TO MERCURY. They tried to explain themselves to Mercury and LIED TO MERCURY said they called me back but didn't call me EVER. EVEN after Mercury called them asked why they not call me!!!! RUNNNN! Unethical, unprofessional, have no idea what they are doing.
