You will not find anyone more patient and knowledgeable in the long term care arena than Mike Berger. He can answer any question you might have about LTC plans, including questions about state laws and 1035 exchanges and anything else you can come up with! And he will do it graciously. Highly recommend.

I connected with this insurance agency by searching online. Marcia is very knowledgeable and experienced. Unlike other insurance agents who only pitch for insurance sales rather than customers' needs. Marcia only recommends products that fit for individual needs. She helped me every step of my LTC insurance. I really appreciated her professionalism and customer care.

Craig Matesky is amazing! He is a true professional and an expert regarding Long Term Care Insurance. Our existing Long Term Care Provider settled a class action lawsuit and sent out letters to all policy holders with the options that are part of the settlement. The terms and options were overwhelming, and my Long-Term Care representative was no longer around. I did not where to turn. Fortunately, a colleague referred me to Craig and he has been amazing! Even though he was very busy he took the time to review our options, answer all of our questions and provide informed suggestions on what he thought the best options were for my husband and me. With his help we have made the best decisions for our situation. I wish we had known Craig much earlier. If you ever need help with Long Term Care insurance do not use anyone else. I will certainly be referring him to everyone I know looking for insurance. Thank you Craig.

I have worked with Marcia for a couple of different long term care insurance policies. She has always been knowledgable and efficient in explaing policies and completing the application process; besides that, Marcia is just a super nice person who is fun to work with.
